Vatsal Meshram


Vatsal is passionate about the field of marine biotechnology and is an active climate change volunteer. His expertise lies in the field of microbial fermentation to achieve desired products via different stages of upstream and downstream processing techniques. He holds a master’s degree in Biotechnology from Macquarie University, where he worked on several research projects in the fields of proteomics, synthetic biology and microbiology as a part of his coursework. He has a completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biotechnology from Mumbai University, India, where he worked on bacterial, fungal and mammalian cell-cultures and implemented several chemical engineering techniques such as bioprocess plant and equipment design, scale-up of industrial microbial process and bioremediation technology.
